Important Notes for Breathwork Session
A session lasts 2h30/3h. The price is 100€. As an holistic facilitator, i'm serving groups and individuals, combining the power of breath, bodywork, and subtle senses, sound bath & sacred plants. Breathwork is done lying down on your back in a comfortable position. It can feel challenging in the beginning but it comes with many benefits.

Preparation - 3 days Before the Session – Please Avoid :

Coffee/Tea

Stimulating foods

Drugs, chemicals, alcohol, medication (please let me know and consult your therapist/doctor)

Heavy, fatty, or sugary meals

Sexual stimulation
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Drink plenty of water; you'll need it to help the energy flow.

Eat nourishing meals, satisfying your hunger while avoiding fatty and sugary foods.

Practice heart coherence for 5-10 minutes each day (5 seconds inhale / 5 seconds exhale).

Meditate and engage in mindful movement (yoga, walking, dancing).

Take care of yourself and enter your inner sacred space
BEFORE THE SESSION

Don’t eat a big meal right before. A full stomach and breathwork don’t go well together. It’s best to not have anything to eat 2+ hours prior to our session, and if you must eat keep it to a small, light snack.

Don’t consume any alcohol or mind-altering substances prior to class and hydrate well.

Come to class with an open mind ready to give it your all. This self-care time is for you to let go of everything else going on in your life and be present.
The contraindications - THIS IS NOT FOR :

People who have not started work on self-knowledge

People who have had recent surgery

Pregnant women (pregnancy at any stage)

People with epilepsy and history of epileptic seizures

People who suffer from severe asthma (ok for mild asthma)

People diagnosed with an aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
-
People who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder or recent serious trauma
-
People under heavy medical treatment or any medication that alters brain chemistry (antidepressants)
-
People with a previous diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or a previous psychiatric condition
-
People who suffer from kidney disease, diabetes, detached retina, glaucoma, high blood pressure
The practice of Breathwork should be taken seriously, the support provided for the session is just as serious, I will be present throughout for you and with you. Please respect the preparation that will be communicated to you in advance.
