This breathwork is not spectacular, esoteric, or disconnected from professional reality.
It is precise, safe, and applicable in real life — meetings, pressure, fatigue, overload, and decision-making.
More than techniques, this training is an embodied journey.
It invites you to inhabit your role, your posture, and your responsibility.
More than a tool
You won’t just learn breathwork.

2026 Training Programs

April 18 to May 10, 2026: Training held every weekend (FR)
Saturday & Sunday during the day, schedule to be defined according to the group. -
August 17 to August 23, 2026: Intensive training week* (FR/EN)
Training spread over 6 days, schedule to be defined according to the group. -
November 14 to December 6, 2026: Training held every weekend (FR)
Saturday & Sunday during the day, schedule to be defined according to the group.
All programs are delivered in small groups of 4 to 6 participants to ensure personalized support.
*The intensive training week is limited to 4 participants only.
Pricing

Standard price (after the early-bird deadline): €2,200
Payment may be made in 2 or 3 installments. If an invoice is required, 21% VAT will be added.
Expansion of consciousness
By exploring altered states of consciousness, we unlock deep introspection, access hidden aspects of ourselves, and connect with our gifts, intuition, and inner wisdom—expanding into a more aligned version of who we are.
Emotional
Release
This method blends breathwork, sound healing, movement, and other practices to release trauma, blockages, and repressed emotions—often at the root of pain and life challenges. This deep release fosters new sensitivities and perspectives.
Bodywork
Sacred Plants
Guiding others in the mindful use of sacred plants, honoring their wisdom for healing and self-exploration. Through bodywork, I help release tension, restore balance, and deepen the connection between body and mind.
The Facilitator's Posture
The facilitator's breathwork posture is crucial for creating a safe space, as it sets the tone for trust and grounding. A centered, open, and calm posture helps clients feel supported, ensuring they can surrender fully and embrace the healing process.
